We left our hotel in Salem at 7am, stopped on the way in a local restaurant where we had a wonderful breakfast, and reached the Isha Yoga Centre outside Coimbatore in the proximity of the Velliangiri Hills with some delay shortly before noon.

Swami Patanga welcomed us and gave us a small introduction to the philosophy of this ashram. After a short snack we were guided through the vast compound, with its great architecture, astonishing temples and beautiful people. Coni took some pictures accompanied by Swami Raksha, while Uschi and Otto were guided around the center by Geetha, a long term volunteer. It looks like it is a fast growing place here, lead by Swami Sadhguru.

We finished our day with a great satvik meal. If you do not know satvik food, try it out!
